Between the dictionary and the tea leaves

Anyone searching for spiritual dream interpretation today usually lands in one of two places. Either at free symbol directories that say the same thing to everyone. Or at offerings that go so far into the supernatural that you can no longer tell where a statement actually came from.

There is not much in between. That is exactly where I work.

Spiritual here means: I take seriously that your dream wants something. That it is not random, and that it comes at a particular moment. Grounded means: you can see, step by step, how I arrive at an interpretation. I set out what I see in which image and why. None of it is something you have to believe.

Holistic, and what that actually means

Holistic dream interpretation gets claimed often and explained rarely. For me it means that a dream looks at several areas at once:

• Body. Dreams often comment on the state of your body before you notice anything yourself
• Direction. Where you are standing, and which next step would sit right
• Patterns. What comes back is looking for resolution. Recurring dreams show recurring themes
• Relationships. When your partner appears in a dream, it is almost always about the relationship itself
• Hidden gifts. Dreams often know your strengths better than you do

One principle that changes a lot

In the Aisling Method every element of a dream is a part of you. The places, the people, the animals, the weather, even your own pace. The unpleasant figures too.

Which means: a dream never tells you what someone else should change. It speaks about your own part in it. That sounds strange at first, but it is the freeing part. If everything in your dream is you, then everything that can be changed sits with you as well.

The Aisling Method, briefly

An Irish tradition that has grown since the 1990s and is used today by several hundred certified practitioners worldwide. I have worked with dreams since 2011 and learned the method formally from 2023; the certifications followed in 2024 and 2026.

I do not push anything on you. You came to understand your dream, not to take on a point of view. Take what lands with you, and leave what feels foreign.

Common questions

Do I have to be spiritual for this to work?

No. The interpretation works just as well if you understand dreams as the work of your subconscious. I match the language to whatever feels right to you.

What makes this different from a psychological interpretation?

I do not work clinically and I do not diagnose. The Aisling Method asks less about what went wrong in your past and more about what your dream is pointing you towards now, and what it is inviting you to do.

Is this fortune telling?

No. I do not predict your future. Dreams sometimes prepare you for what is coming, but as an invitation to pay attention, not as a prophecy.

Which countries do you work in?

Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in English or German. Everything runs in writing, so location makes no difference.
